A man who was remanded in custody after breaking into a property on Boxing Day has been granted conditional bail.
Luke Edwards, 33, of Prince of Wales Road, Kingsbridge, was charged with sexual assault and trespassing with intent and appeared at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Monday, December 27.
He appeared at Exeter Crown Court on Thursday, 6 January, where he was granted bail with conditions and ordered to wear an electronic tag. We are currently trying to discover the other conditions to his bail.
