Salcombe Regatta organisers have asked for information on their missing PA speaker, which went missing after this year's event in August.

In a statement on social media, the Salcombe Regatta team explained that their PA speak went missing during Regatta week, but they had hoped it would "turn up", but "sadly it hasn't".

The statement reads: "We believe it went missing from our hub in Whitestrand carpark. We are really disappointed that it's gone, as we all volunteer our time for this fundraising week to benefit community groups in Salcombe.

"We [now] have to spend money replacing this important equipment, if anyone did see anything or could give us any information about what could of happened, I would be very grateful, thank you."
