Kingsbridge-based photographer, Martyn Norsworthy, has been awarded bronze for three images he has submitted to the Portrait Masters Competition in the USA.
Martyn Norsworthy of Norsworthy Photography has just learnt that he has been awarded Bronze Awards for his three entries in round three of The Portrait Masters Competition.
Martyn entered two fine art portraits and a dog portrait, all of which won bronze.
Martyn explained that the judges in the competition were looking for "expression and connection, styling, composition, posing, lighting, overall technique and presentation, post-production, focus, and storytelling".
The Portrait Masters are part of the Sue Bryce Education Foundation based in the USA. Judges are from all over the world and maintain high standards to members. To earn a bronze, the image needs to score between 70-80 points. Not all entries gain enough scores to win an award.
Martyn has entered a total of 12 images and has scored 10 Bronze and two Bronze with Distinction.
Congratulations Martyn!
