Rob Brett Construction

A tricky basement area, partly underground, needed remedial work to fix a damp issue. After hacking out the old wall material Rob removed it all from site before preparing the walls for their base coat. The original (1860's) floor hid a few surprises but nothing fazes Rob; all obstacles were easily remedied. Regular photo updates were reassuringly sent, as owner not in residence whilst work carried out. Uneven levels were cleverly blended - as when new meets old you never know which way it will go! Following tanking-out, the room was plastered, painted and flooring laid. Very pleased with the quality and finish of the work. Have used Rob in the past and will definitely use him again. Very happy to recommend.

Rob has carried out two superb jobs for me; kitchen tiling and a bathroom renovation which involved plastering, tiling and fitting tongue and groove panelling… he is professional and considerate when working around the home and leaves the place tidy. He is coming back to build me a home office in an outbuilding. I can’t recommend Rob highly enough!

Rob did such a great job with the tiling in my kitchen, that I asked him to renovate my entire bathroom which required plastering, tile and tongue and groove panelling.His eye for detail is exceptional, he is considerate and professional and leaves the place as he finds it… I’m so pleased with the last two jobs that I’ve booked him in to build a home office in an outbuilding… I can highly recommend Rob!

Rob did our shower room, with lots of corners and cuts. He planned it all so well and the results are brilliant. Without a doubt Rob will do more tiling for us in future. Lovely chap too.

We had our kitchen walls tiled in black brick pattern tiles and it looks stunning. The kitchen and conservatory floor were laid at separate times in an old house, so this base initially posed some additional problems for the laying of large tiles. There were some tricky areas and an uneven floor to contend with but all obstacles were discussed with us and solutions found. We are very happy with the standard of work and the overall service.The work was very professional and was not rushed. Thank you so much RB Tiling, we will use you again.
