The property is quietly located in this lovely riverside village which is well known for its sense of community.. Being midway between Totnes and Ashburton, and a short distance from the A38 it is conveniently located. Local shops are approx 5 minutes away at Dartington where there is also the Dartington Estate. Totnes famous for its lively atmosphere is approx. 10 minutes by car and has a plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs as well as privately owned shops and art galleries.
With a Mainline Rail Station and direct connection to London Paddington (approx. 2hr 45mins) public transport is also well catered for.
