The land, marketed by GTH, includes "approximately 80m of uninterrupted coastline overlooking Start Bay while the borders comprise traditional hedgerows to the west with a stream to the south".
There is also a large area of shingle beach, while the rest is a wetland habitat area "rich in natural biodiversity" and woodland just north of Hallsands and in the parish of Stokenham.
GTH said the land is attractive "for purchasers seeking their own section of coastline for private enjoyment and recreation".
