Kingsbridge Fire Station crews attended an incident where a car had "left the road and ridden along a small wall".

When the call first came in on Sunday morning, Kingsbridge Fire Crew initially believed that the incident was a car on fire, but when they arrived they found that car on two wheels along the wall.

A spokesperson for Kingsbridge Fire Station said: "All of the occupants were out [of the vehicle] on arrival and were given initial first aid by a local life guard (thank you for your help).

"We then we took over First aid and gave one casualty oxygen while checking other passengers over until paramedics attended. All three casualties were taken to hospital for full check overs.

"Our thanks to a nearby house who supplied us with drinks and the BEST cake ever."
