A collision between two cars caused traffic chaos between West Alvington and Malborough. 

THE ROAD IS NOW OPEN

Police were called to the scene at 8.40am, where where two cars had been involved in a crash on the A381 at the Oldaway Tongue junction just along from Langworthy Barn. 

Two people were taken to hospital but police said their injuries "are not believed to be serious". 

Road closures were put in place while emergency services dealt with the scene, the road reopened around 2pm.
