Crews battle tractor fire

Totnes Fire Crew was called to a tractor fire in the Harberton area on Saturday morning.

Additional crews from Paignton and Torquay were also called to the scene where they used air foam systems to bring the blaze under control quickly.

The cause was thought to be accidental but the tractor was completely destroyed by the fire.

A spokesperson for Totnes Fire Station said: “If you are interested in becoming an on call firefighter and live or work within 5 mins of the station, get in touch! We are hiring!” You can contact the team through their Facebook page.
