On the 20/09/22 I came to get my hair done I parked in Erme Court car park and paid the required £2 as was staying over 2hrs but under 3hrs the required fee. I now have a PCN charge for £100 but to add insult to injury on checking with my bank Parking control management (uk) ltd have not only taken money from my account for the 20/09 but also an unauthorised payment on 21/09 a day when my car was parked in Totnes from 0730/2000hrs
