Seven South Hams businesses have been named in the Devon Tourism Awards

Seven South Hams businesses, including three of our members, have been named in the Devon Tourism Awards, proving once again that we have a wealth of incredible people and places in the South Hams. 

Devon Tourism Awards held their awards ceremony at Home Park, Plymouth, and have named seven South Hams businesses in their list of the best of the county. 

Three of our fantastic members The Cricket Inn, Beesands, Bolberry Farm Cottages, Salcombe, and Gara Rock Restaurant, were named as winners during the glitzy evening. 

The Cricket Inn has been named a GOLD WINNER for the B&B and Guesthouse of the Year and a GOLD WINNER for the Pub of the Year Award. 

Bolberry Farm Cottages has been named a GOLD WINNER for Dog Friendly Business of the Year. 

Gara Rock Restaurant has been named a GOLD WINNER for the Wedding Venue of the Year and SILVER WINNER for Small Hotel of the Year and BRONZE WINNER for the Restaurant of the Year Award 

The Cottages at Blackadon Farm, Ivybridge, has cleaned up in the awards, being named a GOLD WINNER for the Ethical, Responsible and Sustainable Tourism Award, a GOLD WINNER for the Resilience and Innovation Award, a SILVER WINNER for the Self Catering Accommodation of the Year and a SILVER WINNER for Dog Friendly Business of the Year. 

Calancombe Estate and Dartmouth Distillery Co, Modbury, has been named a GOLD WINNER for Small Visitor Attraction of the Year. 

The Angel Dartmouth has been named a SILVER WINNER for Restaurant of the Year Award. 

Salcombe Harbour Hotel and Spa, Salcombe, has been named a BRONZE winner in the Spa and Wellbeing Experience of the Year Award.
