Nestled in the gently rolling hills of South Devon, between the old fishing village of Hope Cove and the boating paradise of Salcombe, Bolberry House Farm is the perfect place to relax and unwind on our friendly, family-run caravan and camping park. Bolberry House Farm camping and caravan park provides an ideal base for touring this glorious part of the Westcountry… for a quiet seaside break… or simply enjoying the many rural and sporting activities this wonderful area has to offer.

Tucked away in the southernmost tip of Devon in the South Hams, an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB), near Salcombe and Hope Cove, our surroundings of rolling green fields and spectacular coastline makes Bolberry House Farm a wonderful location for walking the southwest coast path… deemed as ‘one of the world’s most awe inspiring hikes’ by the ‘Lonely Planet’ adventure guide.

Elaine and Fiona are the fourth generation of their family to be at Bolberry House Farm so, with their many years’ experience of running campsites they have learned how to best care for their guests right from the start. In this quiet and unspoilt environment, amongst hedgerows teeming with birds and wildflowers, Bolberry House Farm enjoys some amazing views westerly down through the valley towards the sea at Hope Cove. The sun sets are often breath taking, giving a blaze of wonderful colour to end a perfect day.

THREE CAMPING & CARAVAN PARKS

The Main camping and caravan park, The Paddock and the small Static Caravan Park are all situated in peaceful, secluded settings with some wonderful sea views and are all linked by a mown path.

On the Main Park we open a small shop in the morning and evenings-at Whitsun and High Season. There is Wifi access available throughout the campsites, hosted by Club Wifi. Our small children’s play area has proved to be very popular through the years and there is plenty of space for children to play and cycle safely throughout the caravan park.

Well behaved, quiet dogs are welcome and we provide a separate dog walking meadow.

During High Season, on Sundays at 6pm a mobile Fish and Chip unit visits. All local takeaways will deliver free of charge.

THE MAIN PARK

The Main Park is a spacious, mostly level caravan and camping area of approximately 6 acres where our guests can enjoy pleasant rural and sea views.  We have some hardstanding but mostly grass pitches for touring caravans, motor homes and tents. Electric hook-ups and water points conveniently placed throughout.

Our visitors to the Main Park have an abundant supply of natural spring water to drink, cook and shower in… So please enjoy it!

THE PADDOCK

The Paddock is our smaller, more secluded 3 acre Caravan & Camping Park. Situated a little further down the valley, approximately 300m from the Main Park, they are linked by a mown path, so you can easily walk between them. 

Electric hook-ups and drinking water points are conveniently placed throughout.

STATIC CARAVAN PARK

Our Static Caravan Park is situated near Salcombe in beautiful Devon. A peaceful setting with views across the valley and down towards the sea at Hope Cove.  Based near the South West coast path, our holiday caravan is in the ideal location for visiting South Devon’s wonderful beaches and for enjoying the many activities and attractions this magnificent area has to offer.

We now have one type of self-catering static caravan available for hire (dog friendly - maximum 2 dogs). Adjacent to the Static Caravan Park is the dog exercising meadow.

There is Wifi access available hosted by Club Wifi, and our guests have access to an abundant supply of natural spring water to drink, cook and shower in… So please enjoy it!
