Just collected our new rug from the lovely guys at C&R,it was exactly what we were looking for and we couldn't have asked for better customer service. Trevor and Carmen pulled the display to bits to be able to properly show us the rug we chose,by Global, this Jute rug is better quality than most we've seen and having a stripe made it even more special.
We were given an anticipated arrival date and promised a text once it had arrived at the store(we chose to collect but it could have been delivered to the house). The rug arrived earlier than expected and we had excellent communication from them.
Definitely a case of under promising and over delivering, superb service and we'll be back!
