I joined Donna today for SUP Yoga in Kingsbridge. Wow what an amazing experience in a magical place. Donna was so friendly and conscious of our individual needs. Donna expertly instructed us through some beautiful postures, which boosted the body both physically and mentally. Thank you so much Donna, I loved it and will definitely be back!
