Simply Soulful Yoga & Therapies with Donna McCheyne

My experience with Simply Soulful Yoga & Therapies was truly restorative. The forest bathing helped me slow down, reconnect with myself, and feel deeply grounded. I left the session feeling lighter, calmer, and more open both physically and emotionally. My biggest takeaway was how powerful small moments of stillness and connection with nature can be. It’s an experience that will stay with me and I look forward to another session in the spring.

I had the most wonderful weekend at Donna’s Simply Soulful Yoga Retreat in beautiful Devon. Donna is a wonderful host, and the food was deliciously nutritious, homemade and mostly grown by her. The accommodation was lovely, everything was so well organised, and Donna’s yoga sessions struck the perfect balance of supportive yet gently challenging. The extras made it unforgettable, a sea swim, SUP yoga that tested my balance, a yoga cliff walk, and magical star gazing. I left feeling truly cared for, deeply rested, and completely switched off - An experience I’d recommend to anyone looking for a magical escape.

Donna led a beautiful yoga session on Hope Cove beach for my best friends hen weekend. Donna was communicative, helpful and professional throughout. I found Donna to be one of the most inspiring yoga teachers I have come across. We all found the session extremely beneficial and would definitely return to another session! Thank you Donna.

Highly Recommend - I wanted a retreat where I could unwind and practice my yoga. I chose this retreat for the location, the SUP yoga, beach yoga, and time for peace and nature. Donna was a great host and great instructor.

Your space and what you provide offers itself so well to grounding quality downtime and the yoga sessions you taught were really lovely, you are a wonderful teacher and it was so nice to be on the flip side of a class. The afternoon tea was lovely too.
