My daughter parked here, when she got near the end of her two free hours she returned and paid an extra hour then left before the three hours was up. Now she has a penalty charge as they say she only paid for one hour when there for three! Nothing says you lose the free hours if you simply top up to stay longer-lost the first appeal so simply won't shop there again-anyone else fallen foul like this?
