We have used Gretchen at Holidays Please to book several holidays, she knows exactly what we require and has never failed to deliver the goods. Always prompt, knowledgeable, personal, friendly and efficient service.
10 years ago we had a problem with our returning flight as BA told us the night before they couldn't guarantee us a seat, couldn't get any confirmation from BA.
