Dave came to fix the lock on my back door. He had previously given me an estimate which was in line with my expectations. He arrived promptly, took the lock apart, adjusted it and reinstalled it, in a few minutes with the lock working well, and no need for an expensive replacement. Pleasant, professional and respectful of my home, I strongly recommend SHL&K and Dave, and will call him without hesitation should future needs occur.
