I was not expecting such a human service from the company I hired to produce a drainage report for my property. Simon has gone above and beyond in the service provided to support my renovation, excellent communication throughout and very flexible and accommoda/ting when I had some things I needed to step away and deal with for a few days in the middle of the process. In the event I have further need for a drainage engineer, Simon will be my first call without hesitation. Much appreciation.
