Review Detail

I have been going to Issy’s classes for a while, and honestly can say I’ve never enjoyed exercise as much as I do now. The classes are full of likeminded people who want to workout and get fit in a friendly environment. I go to sweat 45 which has massively improved my fitness and the strength sculpt and shape class which has been amazing for helping me perfect my form while improving my strength and helping me become more toned, in both classes Issy is motivating and encourages everyone to work to the best of their abilities, I can’t recommend the classes enough!
