Certified personal trainer and nutritionist. I am based at Fitness Is. HQ in Moreleigh where I offer 121 and small group personal training and a variety of fun, inclusive classes to suit all ages and abilities.

SWEAT- The ultimate full body workout.
Functional strength and conditioning class for men and women of all ages and abilities. Designed to use different energy systems for the maximum burn. The perfect mixture of strength, plyometrics and cardio.
STRENGTH - The ultimate womens only strength class.
A comprehensive group personal training session for women who want to learn to weight train properly, reach fitness goals & boost overall confidence in the gym.
SPIN - The ultimate group indoor cycle.
A fun, high intensity class that combines cardio, endurance and lower body strength for the perfect 45 minute session. A low impact cardio workout with banging tunes for all ages and abilities.
MUMFIT - The ultimate class for mum and baby.
This class is for new mums who are ready to regain their confidence, strength and fitness post pregnancy. Rebuild and strengthen your body from the inside out. A chance to meet likeminded new mums. Babies welcome in prams and carriers.
WORKOUT FROM HOME - an online strength and conditioning programme designed to challenge all aspects of fitness in the comfort of your own home.This programme will transform your current workout routine with challenging, varied sessions that are actually enjoyable and are guaranteed to get you results. All you will need is a kettlebell or dumbbell and a clear space. 300+ workouts for £10 per month.

Even the weeks when I thought I couldn’t do it, the encouragement from both Issy and other class members got me through.
From joining the gym my fitness has improved immensely, from being able to complete shuttle runs up and down the hill (and no longer walking) to burpees!!!
