Bringing a wealth of experience in the health and fitness industry as well as the skills and motivation to create individual training programs that suit your specific needs and deliver results.
I have over 20 years experience working across Europe in the fitness industry, a degree in Sport and Physical education complimented with qualifications in personal training and Pilates.
Throughout my career I have helped many clients of all ages and abilities with their health and fitness. Whether it be strength & conditioning, weight loss, preparation for an event, pre and post natal exercise, injury rehab, increased motivation or just to kick start a healthier and more active lifestyle, I will be more than happy to help.
Movement, mobility & flexibility, strength & conditioning and having fun are essential (but by no means limited) to my workouts, whilst being completely individualised to you.
