Booked him 6 months in advance and two months prior to my daughters birthday I tried to arrange a specific time for her lesson. My calls were not returned and messages ignored. I booked a different instructor due to this, then the night before her birthday I received a text asking what my address was?! A bit late after no communication and having to find a new instructor. Avoid- unprofessional and arrogant.
