You should be passionate about people, and have customer service at the heart of what you do 

To assist the team in:

• Greeting customers in a friendly and hospitable manner
• Making drinks to a high standard and upselling to our customers where possible
• Promoting specials to our guests 
• Knowing about our suppliers and our events and communicating this with our customers
• Having a high level of personal hygiene, and ensuring you're encompassing the VF brand 
• Having a passion for using local and organic produce
