SR Property Maintenance, run by Sam Roberts, can provide the gamut of inside and outside maintenance for your home or holiday home.

They pride themselves on their experience in the trade and in delivering projects professionally, on time and to your budget.

Before and after

Built on a wealth of building trade experience, SR Property Maintenance can turn their hands to almost anything to repair, conserve or upkeep your property including decorating, masonry projects, garden landscaping and clearance, driveway and paving, tiling, flooring, installing kitchens and bathrooms, building flights of steps (or re-levelling existing ones), fixing or hanging gates, helping you to make your home disability friendly and so on.

Sam Roberts of SR Property Maintenance has developed an unprecedented reputation for making cracks and blemishes disappear and patching in - both externally and on the interior of your home creating a professional finish every time – even chasing in after electricians and plumbers.

Before and after

Sam has lived in the South Hams his whole life, his early career was working on The Monastery in Woodleigh, learning from the masters - flooring, stonework, blockwork and so on. His career also includes eight years as a groundworker – building schools and developing his skills in a variety of spheres of construction - meaning he’s a fantastic all-round property maintenance practitioner and brilliant general handyman, as many of his clients will attest.

Sam explains how it went when he embarked on his new venture: “During my first year, my diary was filled just through word-of-mouth. I was doing work to improve properties for a local lettings agent. My work standard stood for itself, appreciation of my work led to recommendations and I managed to build a great reputation for timely, high-quality workmanship and work just kept coming in. I knew I’d made the right decision”.

Before and after

SR Property Maintenance can take on virtually any project anywhere between Salcombe and Dartmouth to maintain, upkeep or conserve your property - current roles include decorating, garden clearance, blockwork, stonework and driveways, but give them a call if you have any project in mind.

Sam’s reputation among his previous and current clients speaks for itself – highly skilled, reliable, trustworthy and professional. Have a look at his listing HERE or give him a call or WhatsApp on 07903 790597 (living in South Pool means tricky signal strength for calls can be tricky).
