Simon was fantastic from start to finish. As soon as the appointment was booked he called to introduce himself. He also made contact the day before the appointment to clarify timings etc. He listened to what we needed and came up with a solution. He was polite, professional and easy to talk to. Simon then took the time to put our report together within 24 hours. I can't recommend this chap enough. Great service.
