I first bought a computer in 2005. I have been using Carl's superb services for the last 20 years; he has without fail solved all my problems, is professional, respectful and as he says 'does not use jargon' or make you feel like you are an idiot for now knowing about modern technology (I am over 70 now). Also his charges are EXTREMELY reasonable. I cannot recommend him highly enough
