The fire has been described as "devastating" for the small businesses who are located at the site, with the estate owner Roger Ford telling the BBC that he "struggled to look at the damage".
He said: "[I feel] numb really because you don't expect it.
"I didn't come up here last night. I stayed down the bottom because I couldn't handle it.
"It's just one of those things; you get on, you pick yourself up, dust yourself down and get on with it, don't you.
"It will take time."

A spokesperson for Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said: "The single storey construction measured 60x30 metres and was fully engulfed in fire."
"Crews have confirmed that the cause of the fire is believed to be accidental."
Ten fire crews including from Totnes, Ivybridge, Buckfastleigh, Ashburton, and Newton Abbot attended the fire.
