I’m Magda, the owner of Sewansome in Ivybridge, Devon. I provide a complete range of professional sewing services, including:

• Clothing and curtain alterations
• Bespoke soft furnishings – curtains, blinds (including Roman), cushions and more, in any style: eyelet, pencil-pleat, pinch-pleat, lined, interlined, and fully customised to your space
• Custom sewing for interiors – for homes, boats, vans, gardens and unique projects of all kinds
• Sampling, small-batch and made-to-order production for individuals, designers and small businesses

If you’d like to learn to sew, I offer workshops, evening courses and private 1-to-1 lessons, covering everything from soft furnishings to dressmaking. Beginners and improvers are always welcome.

I also run an online shop with a curated selection of fabrics, haberdashery, sewing patterns and kits.
