We shared our house with James for nine months (not as a lodger I hasten to add) while it underwent a complete refurb. James is an exceptional builder with a fine eye for detail who takes immense pride in his work. If you have the good fortune to acquire his services you will be more than satisfied.
You would have thought having him around for nine months one would have been glad to see the back of him, but not so we missed him when he left!
In addition to his building expertise he is an extremely nice bloke.
