I first heard about Simon through a builder friend, we are in the process of buying a new house that has both a private water supply(borehole) as well as private sewage (septic tank).
Having never had these services before, and with the Vendor of the house being equally ignorant, I asked Simon for some advice.

In the end we did not need Simon's services directly, but that hasn't stopped him offering advice and support which has been invaluable. Planning for a new first floor extension over an existing garage our structural engineer required advice on soil compaction, stability, strength etc around the existing foundations. Simon was extremely thorough in his investigation and provided our engineer with all the reassurance needed for his structural design. Simon gave a discount on his estimated fee on the basis that the report required was simpler than expected. Very satisfied.

Great professional service. Required a Surface water drainage report undertaking to satisfy a request from local planning department.
