Planning for a new first floor extension over an existing garage our structural engineer required advice on soil compaction, stability, strength etc around the existing foundations. Simon was extremely thorough in his investigation and provided our engineer with all the reassurance needed for his structural design. Simon gave a discount on his estimated fee on the basis that the report required was simpler than expected. Very satisfied.
