I 100% recommend capitalising on his expertise, in this instance for a surface water drainage strategy report and a flood risk assessment, but I'm sure his talents go much further than just this!

I found STC by chance after spending much time and money on a local groundworks company who were a complete sham. Simon immediately answered my query from the website which took me back,that just doesn't happen nowadays!.He was true to his word and took more than a years stress from me in a couple of emails putting all my fears to bed.I have been let down by builders many times in the last few years but on speaking to Simon he restored my faith in humanity going above and beyond what i needed and even sourcing materials and giving advice.Worth ever penny and old fashion personal service that you just dont get.Simon is a genuinely decent human being ,happy in his work and exceptionally knowledgeable.Dont make the mistake of contracting a cowboy just in it for the money contact STC and do yourself a favour.
For planning we required a surface water assessment. We contacted Simon from STG Engineering who was very professional and knowledgeable. He carried out the testing requirements and we received a detailed report.
Would highly recommend Simon and would not hesitate to employ him again.
