Simon was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional from the outset. He was able to advise us on the best place to do the survey and locate a soakaway if required. He was also very cooperative as regards fitting us in for the survey. Once on site he and the ground working team were friendly, helpful and very tidy. In fact afterwards the garden looked tidier than before they started!
We had a concern with the removal of some trees behind our cottage on a steep slope and contacted STG for an impact assessment. Simon was amazing, he responded very quickly and kept us informed as to when he could make it on site.
