We required a surface water drainage assessment as part of a planning application for an extension. At first we attempted to approach a a larger company who provided very little guidance and ambiguous information on the process and service they would provide. Simon was very responsive, knowledgeable and professional from the outset. He was able to advise us on the best place to do the survey and locate a soakaway if required. He was also very cooperative as regards fitting us in for the survey. Once on site he and the ground working team were friendly, helpful and very tidy. In fact afterwards the garden looked tidier than before they started!
We had a concern with the removal of some trees behind our cottage on a steep slope and contacted STG for an impact assessment.
