I first heard about Simon through a builder friend, we are in the process of buying a new house that has both a private water supply(borehole) as well as private sewage (septic tank).
Having never had these services before, and with the Vendor of the house being equally ignorant, I asked Simon for some advice.
Not only has he been very responsive and helpful to my questions, but he’s also recommended local specialists to come in and help us. In the end we did not need Simon's services directly, but that hasn't stopped him offering advice and support which has been invaluable.
