Having just moved in, and not having local recommendations, we found James on the Internet and asked him to replace a fence, put new hinges/bolts/locks on several doors, and help us with moving several objects around. He did all this in short order, enlisting help when required. He has done everything promptly, efficiently and to a high standard from the initial quote stage to execution of the work, has cleaned up well, respected the property and always kept us informed when we were not at home.
