A year ago we found a property which we thought we could do something with but we needed a builder to walk round with us to give an expert opinion. We contacted James Jordan of JMV Property Maintenance & Building Services who obliged the next day and talked us through what was likely to be required. Having secured the purchase, we employed JMV and now the work is completed we have to say that we are totally delighted with the result.

James said at the outset that it would be a developing and changing journey and so it proved to be. The work included a completely new kitchen, three new bathrooms, new ceilings and floors, re-plastering throughout and the laying of timber and vinyl floors and replaced all windows and doors. James and Dave gave us invaluable advice throughout and achieved more for us than we could dream of, for which we are extremely grateful. As our project managers, they liaised with electricians and plumbers to ensure no time was wasted, and acquired all materials on our behalf. We are sure that we could not have found a more conscientious and competent building company. We thoroughly recommend them.
