James provided an excellent service in an emergency when we needed help with a broken tap for my elderly mother. He was both friendly and professional and we would not hesitate to recommend him. My mother thought he was absolutely lovely and now has his number for all the other little jobs that need doing. Brilliant - Thank you James!
