The Butts (Female Only Class) - Workout session to shape and tone up your legs, booty and strength your core based on multifunctional equipment & weights. This is Low Impact & Low Intensity session that is focused on your legs, gluteus & core. It will help you to tone and shape up your lower body and core. This Class will help you to improve not only the shape but also your posture, core strength & confidence!
Big Monday Circuit - Our famous Big Monday night circuits! A combination of exercises using weights, machines, resistance bands & body weight! This full body workout contains different exercises. Body weight, free weights & resistance. You will improve your fitness level, CV system & improve your muscular endurance. This class will help you with fat loss and stamina. Although the CIRCUIT is known as a fast-paced session, we always present an easier version of each exercise to ensure that you can complete it regardless of your current fitness level! Enjoy all of this amongst the most supportive and positive group of people!
HIT & ABS - A combination of High Intensity cardio exercise & essential core & ab movements creating a perfect full body workout for you. This is High Intensity Training session burning the max amount of calories. Split for two parts: HIT followed by Core & ABS. You will improve your CV system, burn calories and feel the work in your abdominal and core muscles. Although High Intensity may sound INTENSE..there is nothing to be worried about! We always present a LOW IMPACT version of each exercise to ensure that you can complete it regardless of your current fitness level! Together with the positive group of people you will burn thousands of calories during this 1h session!
Functional Strength - A series of functional strength exercise completed in a circuit using weights, body weight & resistance bands. This class is designed to improve strength & mobility in joints & muscles. Medium intensity. This is Low Impact & Low Intensity session that is focused on your body strength. This class perfectly complements your other exercise routines by strengthening your weaknesses. You will improve your posture & correct muscular imbalances with specific exercise choice. This training session includes weights and resistance but each exercise is adjusted to you to ensure that you can complete it regardless of your current strength! You will experience calorie burn without cardio exercises!
MAX Burn - This is High Intensity session combining strength work with cardio. Each station combines two exercises, focusing on one area of the body. You will burn a high amount of calories and improve cardiovascular endurance. This training session includes weights and cardio exercises but each exercise is adjusted to you to ensure that you can complete it regardless of your current fitness level! You will experience the MAX burn in each muscle group!
