Merlins Taxi - Slapton

This review is to share the positive experience I had. Communication was excellent and speedy. I had sent several requests and one was slightly cheaper but in the end we did not need a taxi as someone drove. I would recommend and use again ?

Trying to book a taxi and what can I say the service I got when they were unable to accommodate me was second to none. Told me text if anything became available and sent some othwr numbers over.So grateful.What a lovely lady!

Used Suzi last night for a trip to local pub/restaurant whilst visiting area, was very very helpful in getting us there and back. Very friendly and very punctual. Thoroughly recommended if in the area.

Susi picked us up at short notice and fitted us in for a return journey too on the Friday of a bank holiday weekend. She was friendly, punctual and probably the most entertaining taxi driver I’ve ever met. We called her for the next evening too and once again she was bang on time and able to pick us up later. I would thoroughly recommend her and will certainly book her whenever I’m down this way.

I booked a taxi with Susi last week for the next day from Dartmouth to Totnes train station. She knew I was worried about missing my train so she sent me a confirmation text in the morning to assure me she would be there on time. She was 5 minutes early and used sanitising wipes on all main surfaces while she waited for me. She even opened the door for me as I got in/out of the taxi! She was very friendly, which can't be said for the taxi's I usually get. I would 100% recommend Merlins Taxi, especially if you want a happy cabby!
