1st class! I cannot fault this service. Better than punctual; didn’t hassle me to leave despite arriving a little early. Better than polite, my driver’s personality was very likeable, friendly and chatty, a real pleasure to be with. Made the journey in very good time. What a joy!
Will be my first choice now, my “go-to” taxi company ??. I highly commend them to everyone.

Despite the short notice she was there very shortly after, kept us entertained throughout our journey and was thoroughly professional and informative throughout. We came to the UK in our motorhome from Guernsey, Channel Islands and spent 6 weeks travelling around the South of England. We booked in at Slapton Sands Camping & Caravanning Site, expecting to be able to use the buses, if we wanted to go out. The hill up to the site was far too much for either of us to contemplate, so we asked the staff on the site to recommend a taxi company nearby. They recommended Susi at Merlins Taxis, and we phoned her to enquire what sort of price she could do for a trip to Kingsbridge, return. She was very accommodating and gave us a very good price. She picked us up at the time she was booked, opened the car doors for us and the boot, if we wanted to put backpacks in there, and drove us to Kingsbridge, collecting us when I phoned her to enquire what time she would be available. We were so pleased with her chatty friendly manner, salt of the earth comes to mind, and had a laugh with her too. We booked her again for 2 days later and she took us to Totnes return, also for a very competitive fee. Susi is a very hardworking person and deserves to achieve everything she is setting out to do in her life, and we would 100% recommend that you use her taxi service for any trips planned. You wont be disappointed.

Was stuck and needed someone to collect me quickly. Susi came out in record time and was so bubbly and happy to get me sorted. I will never use any other taxi service again highly recommend to everyone.
