I booked a taxi with Susi last week for the next day from Dartmouth to Totnes train station. She knew I was worried about missing my train so she sent me a confirmation text in the morning to assure me she would be there on time. She was 5 minutes early and used sanitising wipes on all main surfaces while she waited for me. She even opened the door for me as I got in/out of the taxi! She was very friendly, which can't be said for the taxi's I usually get. I would 100% recommend Merlins Taxi, especially if you want a happy cabby!
