I was 2 cars behind this car when the accident happened, the traffic was tailed back as this car came around the corner, probably not going much over the speed limit, he didn’t overtake anything on a blind bend at all, the poor lad is getting accused of all sorts, surely you shouldn’t produce these things without proof and not just hearsay from someone coming the other way.

So you tell me how he managed to write off two cars one of which was mine. I saw him coming round that corner and he was never going to stop.
