Helicopter searching for missing child last night

Devon and Cornwall Police used their search helicopter to search for a missing child last night. 

The police helicopter was circling Kingsbridge last night, Sunday, 1 September, in a search for a missing teenager. 

They were found safe and well. 

A spokesperson for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "The police helicopter deployed to Kingsbridge last night at around 11pm, to assist officers on the ground with searches for a missing teenager. He was found safely at around midnight."
