Last week in court - who appeared and why. 

Bailey Paul Williams, 21, of Redwood Drive, Chaddlewood, Plympton, appeared at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Thursday, 2 March, having previously pleaded guilty to entering the pitch at Home Park Football Ground during a match on 21 January and also to assaulting Jamie O'Riley on the same day. 

Williams was handed a three-year football banning order and ordered to pay a total of £353, including £100 in compensation, a £48 victim surcharge and £205 in fines. 

 

Jordan Jon Francis Pryke, 27, of Edwards Close, Plympton, appeared in Plymouth Magistrates Court on Friday, 3 March, after previously pleading guilty to driving without insurance. 

Pryke was fined £500, ordered to pay a £50 victim surcharge and £90 court costs. His driving license was endorsed with six points. He was not given a driving ban due to mitigating circumstances. 

 

Dennis Ham, 28, of Plymouth Road, Buckfastleigh, appeared at Plymouth Magistrates Court on Friday, 3 March, after previously pleading guilty to having a kitchen knife in public on 7 January, and criminal damage of a door in Chapel Street Buckfastleigh, on both the 17 and 20 January, 2023, 

Ham was ordered to appear at Plymouth Crown Court on 14 March for sentencing.
