Meet Daniel Coleman. A local man from Kingsbridge who has a 10 year history in the property and construction industry. He’s passionate about new technology and how it can be used to show off property to maximum effect. He has recently launched Image Three Sixty; a Property Marketing Company giving Estate Agents, Individuals and Architects the competitive edge when it comes to unique marketing solutions in the South Hams.

How did Image Three Sixty Come About?

Image Three Sixty came as a bit of a brain child. I saw a fabulous, innovative marketing tool making huge waves in the North of the country but no one around the South Hams was offering it. This was surprising given the vast array of beautiful homes being sold or rented throughout the region. There was a huge hole in the local market that needed filling. Having worked in the property industry for many years I knew that it was something that would work well. Especially when marketing big complex properties with additional features which can be hard to portray fully in a two dimensional photograph.

What Services do you offer?

We do Commercial Property Photography, Aerial Photography, Drone Footage and 360 Virtual Tours of any property you wish to market. Be that a property for sale, a holiday home for rent or any other property you wish to market.

The Drone Services can really show off the wow factor in certain properties. It can be hard to truly get the feeling of a property’s surroundings when looking at a two dimensional photograph. This is certainly overcome with the use of a specialist, top-of-the-range drone such as ours. We can zoom out from your property to capture the potential buyer’s interest with the vast expanse of the beautiful countryside or ocean nearby.

With the Virtual tours you can literally walk around the inside and outside of the property in real time. With a normal Estate Agent’s brochure you get the two dimensional photographs but with this you can really showcase it. You can virtually be there. That’s the whole point of it!

What are people surprised about when introduced to your company?

Our clients are always surprised about just how good we can actually make their property look. They’re also surprised at the fact that they can measure windows and doors or infact any opening within the property without the need to be there It’s like being in the house with a tape measure. You could do anything from measure up for curtains to taking off walls and seeing how renovation works will work. You can zoom out from the image of the 3D house and look at it like a doll’s house. You can take off the second floor and look at just the first floor, you can remove walls. You can do so much!

Talk to us about your favourite project so far

That would have to be Headland House in Hope Cove. It’s a beautiful subterranean property which is quite discreet as a lot of the property is underground. It can be difficult to really get the full perspective of the property. As it’s a curved design you only ever see it from one angle and see part of the property. The clients loved the fact I could showcase the home as a whole by spanning around the curve. They were so impressed when they saw the finished article. There’s a lot of zinc and curved glass, a curved patio and lawn. Seeing it from the air with all the colour contrasts - it came out fabulously and I very much enjoyed my role in making that happen and seeing how much the clients got from it was very rewarding.
