Nigel takes places great emphasis on customer satisfaction and the quality of his work. He communicated regularly about progress, access and any issues needing discussion. He took care of the house and left it clean and tidy for our arrival. He submitted his final bill only after we were happy with the quality of the work. We felt very secure with his approach and I would definitely recommend him.
