Cleanliness & Housekeeping
We know that a clean, well presented and well maintained property is paramount to the success of any holiday home.
Our trusted and experienced housekeeping team are well acquainted with the expectations of discerning guests and are focused on delivering the highest quality cleaning service and attention to detail.
We provide a quality cleaning and changeover service to our owners. Giving you the peace of mind that regardless of how far you are from your property, your guests will arrive into the home from home you want to provide.
A thorough spring clean at the beginning of the season is recommended, this reduces the amount of time that is needed each week to keep the property to a high standard of cleanliness.
Reliable, trustworthy and professional at all times, we ensure your holiday home is kept in pristine condition, leaving guests wanting to return year after year.
Each weekly cleaning visit and/or changeover includes:
- Cleaning bathrooms and toilets
- Bed changes
- Internal window clean
- Cleaning fridges, microwaves, toasters, kettles etc.
- Cleaning and laying fireplaces (as necessary)
- Dust & Polish
- Thorough vacuum including behind furniture and under cushions
- Wiping paintwork and skirting boards
- Sweeping and washing floors
Every visit is followed up with an email to keep you informed.
Food, Hampers & Mid-Occupancy Refresh
We can also provide local food or even gourmet hampers for your guests.
A cream tea with freshly baked scones, homemade jam and clotted cream is always a welcoming sight on arrival!
We can do a mid occupancy refresh (clean & linen change) for longer term stays if requested.
Our Concierge Team can organise and plan a range of extras including, but not limited to:

Our Concierge Service is provided free of charge for our Property Management clients.
Planned Property Maintenance
Our Planned Maintenance Service is part of our overall Property Management offering. We’ll design and schedule a tailor-made program of regular inspections and maintenance for your property or properties.
Your dedicated Property Manager will inspect your property on a monthly or quarterly basis, as appropriate, and arrange any work that’s required – from guttering repairs, to electrical system checks, to pointing, to interior paintwork.
The aim is to avoid future emergencies by keeping your property in great condition and to prevent problems such as damp or timber decay before they occur.
Proactive Property Maintenance Services
Proactive Maintenance maintains the value of your property or properties and means you can relax, knowing that we’ll pick up any potential problems before they turn into expensive major repairs.
If you’ve got tenants in place, you’ll also want the reassurance of our regular safety checks and certification.
Of course, If you do experience an unexpected problem, our Emergency Team will respond quickly to sort it out for you.
Your property works hard for you throughout the year and we know that it will benefit from a Seasonal Refresh, to ensure you’re still offering the highest quality property to your guests.
The Seasonal Refresh could be as simple as a paint touch up or a thorough deep clean. It could also involve replacing some elements of your property.
We will honestly and professionally advise you on any refresh areas required, especially if this could result in an increase in your income by moving up a grade with your property agency.
