Massive THANKS to Tess Stuber at Travel Counsellors!! She saved our September holiday to Cyprus within 24 hours of our cry for help!
Hubby got notification for his ankle surgery and it was scheduled for the last day of our villa holiday! He really needs this operation so we needed to either move by a few days or completely cancel!
Tess was cool, calm and supremely professional....she just got on with everything....quickly gave us some alternative villas and dates/flight etc..... We felt so safe in her care but also terrified of not having a holiday!
All sorted, leaving a few days earlier, gorgeous new villa!
