Sound Meditation to the beautiful Health Hub in Kingsbridge, with the added luxury of underfloor heating I think you are going to love this space.
Let the sounds, resonance and vibration of beautiful world instruments including Handpans, Drums, Gongs Native Flute and Crystal & Tibetan Singing bowls, infused with Reiki, lead you on a journey to a place of profound stillness, deep relaxation and rest.
Mats & lavender eye pillows supplied but do bring a blanket and any thing else, cushions/ pillow to make yourself super comfy to lay down .
