A section of hedgerow was removed that shouldn't have been removed. The owners conduct towards the environment and failure to observe the planning conditions agreed is why the planning permission was lost. Going forwards, where in the permission was it agreed that Lego block retaining walls were appropriate? Oh that's another planning agreement condition ignored. Is that a demonstration of working with the authorities and community?
